Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

In addition to the listing on the New York Stock Exchange, MiX Telematics
Limited (the “Company”) is also listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange
(“JSE”), which requires the Company to file its half year financial results
prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”)
with the JSE. On October 28, 2021, the Company filed its unaudited IFRS
financial results for the first half of fiscal year 2022. These results can be
found on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at
http://www.mixtelematics.com.
