Tata Motors has announced that it has exceeded 10,000 sales milestones in its electric vehicle (EV) portfolio. This cumulative number of more than 10,000 EVs sold includes models sold by Tata Motors for both private and commercial use, so of the original Tigor EV, Nexus EV, and recently launched EVs. Benefiting from these incentives, Tata Motors EVs have grown exponentially in recent months, and Nexon EV standbys are now extended to weeks. According to sources, Tata has also received quite a few reservations for the newly introduced Tigor EV Ziptron, offering a range similar to the Nexon EV, but significantly cheaper than the already popular Nexon EV.
Tata recently announced the price of a fleet-only Xpres-T EV. Prices range from 9.54 rupees to 10.64 rupees (in front of the showroom, including FAME-II subsidies).
